We currently offer delivery within Hanoi or within a 16 km from the Hotel. Delivery times and fees will be confirmed upon receipt of your order, and delivery fee is based on the distance from the Hotel to the delivery address, with the following surcharges applicable to each order:

• Up to 4 km: VND 50,000
• Above 4 km and up to 8 km: VND 80,000
• Above 8 km and up to 10 km: VND 100,000
• To Ecopark/Vinhomes Ocean Park/An Khanh City/Bat Trang Village: VND 200,000

Pick-up Hours:Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm.

Delivery Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8:30pm. Orders received after 8:30pm will be processed the following day from 8am.
