As our mooncakes are freshly baked daily and preservative-free, the shelf life is 3 days for snow skin mooncakes (bánh dẻo) and 5 days for baked mooncakes (bánh nướng) when stored at temperatures below 21°C.

Terms & Conditions:

• Mooncake boxes (mixed flavours by default unless otherwise specified upon reconfirmation) are available for pick-up at L’Epicerie or delivered within Hanoi from 11 August to 25 September 2026.
• Delivery time and fees will be confirmed with you directly by phone or email upon order placement.
• Delivery Fees are excluded and vary by distance from the hotel. For further reference, please click here
• Orders, including delivery fee, must be paid in full when placing the orders or before delivery. All payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
